It took almost 2,5 hours. The underside of the arm was quite painful! Before I go to bed I can take the clingfilm of.

We did it... Glad we went a little earlier, as when we were back at the car, it started raining.
It took us 2 hours and 14 minutes in which we also had a little break, to do the 10k.
Im hurting from my feet to my hips. Warning, don't do this unprepared if you sit at your desk 5 days a week..

Today marks the day that me and my husband had our 1st kiss 34 years ago. Which back in the day meant you were boyfriend and girlfriend. Married for almost 27,5 years. It's been some deep downs, but we've climbed out of them together. Everyday thankful for him! ❤️
