Time & Date of Observation "2:30pm Jan. 15" Equipment & Weapons "2 have clipboards. One has flex cuffs on his belt." Not a useful tweet: "proudboys spotted" "Where? When? What are they doing? How Many? What are they carrying?" Use your Judgement! Send a photo if you can!
