Yesterday the vibe was milkshake beer. Do not ask about the hangover.

It's soup! Soup that I made!

I had some leftover carrots, spring onions , chillis and peppers in the fridge so made them into this soup. And some double cream and fresh bread to go with it.

Made really good food, holidays are great for expanding your palette a bit.

This is poached white fish with roasted asparagus and leeks, with a honey mustard sauce.

For pure showoff points I put a few dabs of chilli oil in the sauce.

Started going paddleboarding more often, it's been really good fun to just plonk myself in a lake and chill with the warm weather and warmish water. No phone or devices, just total disconnection for a bit.
