I've strictly adhered to a Ketogenic meal plan for the past 20 months, so my GI tract is also none too pleased with my sugar & carbohydrate intake from yesterday. Regardless, it was delicious to splurge and I'm back to the usual diet today, so my stomach can just deal. 🤓
