Forgot to mention: I have been diagnosed w ADHD since the 80's (weirdly, it gets more intense w age for me?!) my doc thinks I qualify for the other Dx too but wants to avoid it...I'm ok w that, ND regardless ...Also this is NOT a society or culture where I'd ever want to be (or be seen) as typical!

Current circumstances have me so overwhelmed that I'm having constant panic attacks, vomiting, I NEVER feel safe even in my body: tight AF muscles new back/hip pain, would sleep 24/7, but nope- constant nightmares. I'm already in therapy & on meds, would otherwise be worse..& told I'm melodramatic.
