I don't have more time, in fact I have way less. I just try my best to square away my son then spend an hour to write if I can. Unfortunately I am bipolar so I can get sucked into a mania really fast if I'm not careful. So I don't write often anymore, and when I do I take it slow now.
Honestly: I don’t have more free time than I did at uni, but I have more of the kind of commitments that let me write on my phone in 3.5-minute chunks of time while sitting at the cafe at a kids’ soft play party, and I am both better at and more in need of that kind of writing now.
