Arresting people at or near health centers and other “sensitive locations” is callously cruel. Despite public promises not to make arrests in hospitals or clinics, ICE continues to target immigrant families in surrounding areas to instill fear + prevent people from seeking care.

This father, who has requested Temporary Protected Status due to the violence and instability in Haiti, is raising a one-year-old child. His wife, six months pregnant, needs specialized medical care. Instead of protection, this family was ambushed by ICE outside of the clinic.
