I've discussed pricing with them directly, and they were actually somewhat critical of the prices that were set for the project, saying that it would have to follow their suggested prices to avoid issues.

I know you've already given examples but it genuinely boggles me. Here's the prices for a project I'm working on right now.

I'd say the $85 bundle is the most similar, but even if you get it ALL it's 5 euros less including shipping.

Traditionally when offering graphic services you'd come up with a portfolio. I don't see one for them.

The only way I know anything about their abilities is by looking at their social's graphics. Which show a great lack of understanding of basic principles (alignment is a big tell).

Graphics work tends to be paid hourly or by means of a flat fee. Making it a % is extremely odd.

Either way, great document. I hope this informs people against taken on such a company for a fan project.

Something most people won't note either is the 5% upcharge that would include graphics.

There's some other services sure, but let's say a project gets 30K, that's 1,5K for graphics work.

To put in context, they're charging upward to what professionals charge large companies.
