I agree! Making sure a post is written by someone who is credible can make or break their advice. I also love cornbread muffins (especially when they’re nice and fresh!). @beh353.bsky.social #beh353

Not only is it a clear and concise article, but it also has an approachable cover for those who are skeptical! Great find Huda! @beh353.bsky.social #beh353

I agree that the nurses comment may seem small and irrelevant, it could ruin someone's self confidence to continue their journey! @beh353.bsky.social #beh353

Hi Huda! I agree that providers need to be free of bias that could make patients uncomfortable or feel unwelcome. Each person has their own story and shouldn't be stereotyped based on their country of origin or other identities. @beh353.bsky.social #beh353

I also fall victim to this Huda! I am not a morning person whatsoever so packing a healthy meal in the morning for lunch doesn't work with my sleep schedule. @beh353.bsky.social #beh353

This is so interesting Huda! When you think of getting Vitamin D naturally from the sun, the first thought that comes to mind is typically sunscreen or wrinkles. It's ironic how taking the supplement rather than acquiring the vitamin naturally has the opposite effect! @beh353.bsky.social #beh353

I think this a great article to take a look at! Fiber is so commonly overlooked when it comes to nutrient intake. I also feel more comfortable taking advice from this article because of the credentials the author has!

I’ve personally tried the master cleanse diet. It lasted about three days… after each “meal” (juice) I would feel low on energy and terrible physically. I agree that our bodies are more capable of detoxifying itself if we put healthy foods in it on a day-to-day basis. @beh353.bsky.social #beh353
