No, it's the same for the Southern side and you can only drive across it (with some long waits!) on the various De Pijp streets such as Govert Flinckstraat etc. Some access during the morning for loading but not a through route for cars either side

Lovely! Heading to Brussels on the 13th December for a day trip. Will check out the Christmas markets and my usual stop at Delirium Cafe, any other recommendations?
