I was and always will he a cocky asshole who loves to win when it comes down to math and determining odds. Its why my family hates to play me in cards. Its why my irends hates playing me in Risk. Nothing thrills me more than betting on incalculable odds that somehow turn in you favour.

In high school a group of us played Risk all the time. Some games started with 3 or 4 or 5 guy starting a spoken alliance to beat me before the game even started. I'm not going to say I beat them all the time. But my logic also tells me that I won more than I should have agaisnt those odds.

Right now we play Blue Prince. Always a new Stadew run every winter. Jackbox was fun for a period but with kids we tend to lean into board and card games. I can't wait until we can all play Munchkins. And for them to team up and lose against me in any version of Trivial Pursuit. AND RISK!

Games with my wife is its own category. We set side by side with Halo couch coop until they ruined it. Multiple Dragon ages. Of course Stardew. She watched play through almost all the Assassin Creed games. Guitar Hero was our first.

Moon patrol was me versus my stepfather and who could do better. Super Mario Bros has crossed time with so many people over my whole life. Duck Hunt becuase it was a game I played with my grandparents. Gears of War for one of my best friends to this day. Pubg was the game of my 30s with other dads.

Parents that don't immunize should be charged with negligence. If you want to live and work in a community there shouldn't be a choice.
