If I... a person who is bipolar, can take a few minutes to ponder about how my actions will affect others and attempt to curb those actions (which I struggle to do!!), normal people should not have this problem at all.

For me I sit outside (weather permitting) and try creature watch or moon watch. A little edible helps if that’s your jam, but I just like focusing on other creatures’ lil routines, to get me out of my head. Also trying to craft if I have the spoons. Recharges me creatively. 🖤

it’s only an emotions tracker but i’m a big fan of “how we feel”. it’s completely free and has lots of regulation tools built in that are prompted based on what emotions you log. you can see an overview of all your responses which is nice for tracking episodes.
