recently found out that i was diagnosed with cptsd and my psych just didn’t tell me???? i think she thought the bipolar 2, adhd, and insomnia was already pushing it but still. she diagnosed me in april and i found out yesterday 😭

If I... a person who is bipolar, can take a few minutes to ponder about how my actions will affect others and attempt to curb those actions (which I struggle to do!!), normal people should not have this problem at all.

For me I sit outside (weather permitting) and try creature watch or moon watch. A little edible helps if that’s your jam, but I just like focusing on other creatures’ lil routines, to get me out of my head. Also trying to craft if I have the spoons. Recharges me creatively. 🖤
