Had a side quest to get an SAS drive enclosure hooked up and running with trueNAS. Now that that’s mostly wrapped up time to go back to seeing if this WINE Anycubic stuff is gonna behave.

The other issue I’ve been having is with Sony and the PlayStation store. Long ago I got a copy of Ghost of Tsushima Director’s Cut for the PS4. You are supposed to be able to upgrade this version to the PS5 version for only $10. This was not working for me. So I contacted Sony support.

Switching to Linux has been interesting. Some applications I use are already native. Easy. Some do not exist and there are NO alternatives. I’m looking at you Anycubic photon workshop. Ugh. Yes I slice in lychee but it can’t talk directly to my printer.

NAS volume went awol so spent basically the last few nights trying to recover. Took out docker, my music, table top game pdfs and a bunch of pictures. Media and STLs were on a different volume but it’s been a real pain. On top of that the NAS keeps locking up on me
