In the early 2000s, “digital” arrived, and a clear line was drawn.

Some agencies evolved. Others got left behind.

I don't know if this makes me a cynic, naive, or something else...

... but...

I'm convinced we're watching a deliberate shakedown of the markets in an attempt to drop asset prices by forcing the more vulnerable to panic sell assets for the less vulnerable to buy up while they're on sale.

This is Marco Rubio explaining how the USA promised to defend Ukraine forever if they got rid of their nuclear arsenal left after the Soviet Union fell.

Where is the opposition leader? 👀

Worrisome.

An unelected shadow government is conducting a hostile takeover of the federal government.

DOGE is not a real government agency.
DOGE has no authority to make spending decisions.
DOGE has no authority to shut programs down or to ignore federal law.
DOGE’s conduct cannot be allowed to stand.

$120B in tariff revenue sounds big—until you realize it’s like a middle-class household with $17K in debt (75K in income) saving just $99/month. Barely a dent.

Trump was never going to make life easier. In just two weeks, he’s made it harder for everyone but his billionaire friends.

Canadians—left, right, and center—are furious at the U.S. like never before.

Most Americans don’t care or don’t get why it matters. But the U.S. thrives on strong, trusted allies—and none are closer than Canada.
