lol, Patrick McKenzie talks about dealing with debt collectors and how as soon as you reveal any amount of sophistication / deeper understanding of the regulations around debt, they tend to disappear bc their conduct is almost always breaking the law in some way

Can even suck for property owners if you aren’t in one of the 3 industries that pays well. If your insurance policy gets canceled for fire risk / flood risk / etc, your property values, say goodbye to whatever value you thought it had.
