If your senators and rep are Republican you still need to call! They need to hear from you bc otherwise all the feedback they get is affirming Tr*mp. They are required to tally calls from constituents and they DO track for and against and it DOES matter.

Received a letter from POTUS today purporting to remove me as Commissioner and Chair of the FEC. There's a legal way to replace FEC commissioners-this isn't it. I've been so fortunate to serve the American people and stir up some good trouble along the way. That's not changing anytime soon.

Laura Wheeler Waring (1887-1948) was an African-American artist & educator known for her portraits of prominent African Americans during the Harlem Renaissance. She taught art for 30 yrs at Cheyney University, PA. Her work celebrated Black identity & challenged negative stereotypes.
