I try to deny they're happening, not that it works my friends like to remind me when I reach a new category on the 'age group' drop downs.

Whatever it was has gone, I was mentioned (linked? Not quite sure how these work) in a post from someone asking for help/a share yesterday, for the life of me In couldn't find it after opening the notification on my screen, not sure if they're being deleted as a scammers, or something else.

On the bright side, the 'Trade Deficit' between the United States and the EU is a mere $250 million a year - it must be true, Trump just said so.

2/ I think the obsession with online manuals doesn't help, we assume things all 'work basically the same as the last one' - so don't bother to reach something that you have to look up online.

1/ My friend got a new dishwasher recently, she was having a gripe at me something 'didn't fit in as well as it did in her old one' - to her utter amazement, it fitted when I moved the top rack - apparently she'd had her old dishwasher for 6 years and never realised you could change the position.

I recall Dean Koontz warning about the danger of Civil Asset Forfeiture laws years, if not decades, ago - first I'd heard of them in the UK (although we have 'proceeds of crime' rules, which I guess are similar.)

Surely the better answer would be to change the system so that those left of centre votes going to the Greens etc. count for something rather than get wasted? Perhaps by changing to ranked voting, or heaven forbid, proportional voting using plurality and party lists?
