Then you handicap yourself. In answer to your question, the ABMC is an independent agency. It is not the VA. No one has ever, in its entire existence played this particular game. The ABM Commission controls what takes place at Amer. Battle Monuments.

I hold three - count 'em, three - earned degrees from UCLA. I am a survivor of the on-campus war between Richard Hovanisian & Stanford Shaw (primarily because my field was British Empire, & I and my kind were regarded as supra). I have no idea what's happening here. Just glad I don't have to play.
