So lucky to have a visit from Mercedes Wright and her grandson. We met Mercedes in Atlanta in 1984, by renting 1/2 a duplex from her w/her on the other side. Already a seasoned civil rights warrior, she guided us into local anti-racism and AIDS activism activities. She's still a force!
