Given the attacks on higher ed, it is especially disappointing to watch UC abdicate leadership in this area by abandoning a program which was a national model.
This is NOT the UC that I dreamed of and have sacrificed to be a part of.

The President’s Postdoctoral Fellowship Program was an incredible pipeline for faculty recruitment and was a cornerstone of a commitment to build an institution that is reflective of the diversity within the state of California.
