Not sure why people hate on the album brat. It's fun as hell to listen to.

I am a regular listener of The Daily. When I heard this, I was so annoyed, because my own lived experience was internally shouting that this was all alarmist, propaganda speak. Hearing all the shady shit they did to make the problem seem so much worse.... SMH. Do better, NYT.

So much joy in a great morning run when the air is fresh and sun is shining through ☀️

Dealing with running in the cold is tough. If you want the first part of the run to be comfortable, you layer up, but then the later parts of the run are annoying as you warm up... conversely, the similar issues are. Solutions??

This is super cool. I remember learning how inefficient the enzyme was. Biology was so fascinating, it's no wonder I stayed in the field.
The MOST ABUNDANT PROTEIN ON EARTH is probably the one that almost all life depends on.

It makes up ~3% of the mass of every leaf & blade of grass on the planet: a total weight of 10^11 kg.

Let's talk about Ribulose-1,5-bisphosphate carboxylase/oxygenase or 'RuBisCO'.

Whether it matters or not, I switched to minamalist shoes, and shoes with relatively wider toe boxes.

This was because I had developed a kind of pain in my left metatarsals, whose origin I couldn't quite pinpoint.

I monitor it, again, mostly by feel, and while it hasn't completely gone away...

Might I just say that I've been running pretty consistently for almost a year. I've upped my milage slowly, and mostly by feel (although my Garmin tracks milage, i didnt persay use that to dictate next steps). Super grateful that I've mostly stayed injury free!
