In August, ICE said they intended to deport him again, to a different country this time. He wasn't released again until December 11th on a judge's order.

For some inexplicable reason, this guy has been treated like he is Diddy, Michael Jackson, and El Chapo put together.

On July 23, the Maryland and Tennessee courts simultaneously ordered that he be released from prison and prohibited his immediate deportation after release. A month later, he was released on bail and returned to Maryland.

But wait, there's more.

Then after they finally brought him back, they charged him with human trafficking in Tennessee, even though he's from Maryland.

They put him in jail pending trial, and his own lawyers asked that he not be released, because Trump would try to deport him again if they did.
