The crying over TikTok is epic! Should've just banned DJI and the other Chinese-owned companies too.

Lessons Learned: lower the rack a notch. Pouring stock over every thing & covering with foil at the half due to a lack of juices in the pan saved my dinner. So juicy. No meats, sorry not sorry. Plants are just as alive as the animals are!!

All my trees survived the Bomb Cyclone, but just lost my mushroom stick this morning in the incoming windstorm. Silver lining? Mushrooms to harvest/process that I couldn't reach before & now I get to go chainsaw shopping!!! Recommendations? Leaning towards Stihl. Mostly USA made at least.

What's everyone working on today? Here is my little project. It will be as good as it can be after. Eventually I'll build all new counters in the kitchen. Going to put them up at 42" (67cm). Why? Because tall person dreams! Am 6'7" (202cm)

I like this. Some nights at sea were close. Ocean glassed over, dolphins jumping & playing while surfing the bow wake, bioluminescence trim lines on everything, red/green nav lights on the horizon, and more stars than you could count in one night, Never with land in sight though, too much light.
