I've just received a Christmas Turkey from a food bank.
WHY?!

- My mate works for a food bank
- They are overwhelmed with donations

If governments can introduce rules about plastic bottle caps, then they can introduce rules about the type of adhesive used on labels.

I've just thought of a fantastic way for my kids to avoid inheritance tax when I die.
I'm going to spend my money now doing stuff with them, like taking them to Disney [Paris, of course] while they are young, then trekking in Nepal and stuff like that when they're older.

Made a terrible mistake today. Driving past a hotel accommodating people seeking asylum, I saw one of these protests. Put the window down and shouted at the protesters, "ill educated neds!".
"Ned" stands for "Non Educated Delinquent", so the "ill educated" bit was the mistake.

Annoyingly, because they receive "roughly equal" numbers of complaints of bias from each side of the political spectrum, they seem to think their output is 'balanced'.
What they fail to mention is the breakdown of programme type vs. which way the complaint of bias insists.

Dear websites, I really don't give a shit about #cookies. I care far more about not clicking some pointless popup every time I go to a new site. If I am worried about privacy, I'll just use a VPN or the computer at my local library. Ta.

Very glad to see the wonderful Dom Joly bringing Trigger Happy TV back for a stage show in Oct. Just got tickets. But Ticketmaster are the new Ryanair. £45 for a ticket? Nope! Add on a service charge, a facility charge and an order processing fee.

Just had a quick glance through Farcebook. Of the first 20 posts on my feed, only 3 were from people or pages that I actually follow. The rest were sponsored or suggested. That's why I hardly spend any time on there these days.
