new game idea: you're a smurf bounty hunter and an influencer, you have to gain fame on your channel by catching the little blue assholes on camera, then increase your profits by using gargamel's recipe to convert them to gold (50g per smurf, so a few thousand per smurf I guess)

I was just thinking it'd be cool if Big the Cat was like this ridiculously buff blind fisherman dude from the bayou who only cares about fishing and Froggy, and he will fight like a samurai to save Froggy instead of being dumb

heads up to other aussies, it's a day or two late but the age verification thing is out now. the main feed (but not profiles) just hides adult content without telling you it's hidden it, which is obviously bad...you don't know how important the information it hides might be to you, right?

I spend too much time trying to remember dreams when really what it comes down to is this: Dreams are just some sparse thoughts in my head where my head has filled in the gaps while in a trance. No real meaning (in my case) except a preference towards a certain thought based on a certain memory.

I think most people know at least one story about how Donkey Kong got its name (and I can't tell if it's mistranslations or Miyamoto never gives a straight answer), but why the fuck are Toads called that? Did someone mess up translating SMB2U? Was someone high? Toad is a mystery

hey Nintendo here's a new game idea, Metroid Australia: Samus goes to the outback and has to subdue the metroid snakes, which hide in the toilet and bite your bumhole and then you have to get a mate to suck the venom out of your bumhole. Make it happen or you're fired

today I was cursed. first I broke a vacuum cleaner's attachment socket rendering it useless, then I broke a shelf in the fridge (glass but didn't shatter), then I broke the car window (again, glass but didn't shatter, just fell)...I'm not falling for your mind games, fuck you random objects

I use LLMs as ethically as possible, I just torture a chatbot. How many fossil fuels can I burn for less than 5c? And it's sure not stealing art when I ask it questions like "what was Wario's name before he became a Mario", I'm just trying to creatively short circuit its mind y'know?
