Pour une courbe qui entoure un point, on va prendre un cercle. (Ou les analogues en dimension>2...)
En dehors de cet usage, on a pas vraiment besoin de faire la distinction plein/creux, ou alors le contexte la rend claire.
Mais les termes cercle/disque prédatent la topologie? 🤷

Historiquement aucune idée, mais en topologie on utilise des disques/boules quand on veut parler de petits éléments de surface (souvent contenant un point donné). On pourrait prendre des carrés, ça marcherait aussi bien, mais l'usage est de prendre des disques.

Selon le schtroumpf voulu, il y a vidsrc point me /embed/tt42 où tt42 est un numéro imdb au choix. Le lecteur a un bouton CC qui va chercher les st sur opensubtitles directement, et qui sélectionne souvent le bon fichier par défaut. C'est pas du 100% et il faut parfois choisir à la main.

Intersex people exist. Trans people exist. They are unusual, so trying to apply the usual approximations is as silly as trying to apply Newtonian physics to things moving close to or at light speed. Legislating such things is as insane as legally ruling that Pi=3... as has been done in the past.

*Thank you* for that tip! I've been frustrated by this problem for a while (but not enough to investigate).
I'm pretty sure it was trivial to add a custom search engine url, like, 10 or 15 years ago. Mozilla just hid a perfectly fine feature. What the hell.
