Last week I joined an rpg campaign, accidentally seduced a tree, the tree turned out to be the high druidess of spores (my character was also a druid, but from another circle), got invited to a event that's basically "survive the monsters then we have a party and maybe an orgy". Typical Wednesday

If you’re just starting DMing, here’s a tip I wish I’d heard a decade ago:
You don’t need to know everything, it’s ok. Your players are all just there to have fun—don’t be afraid to make mistakes!
Nobody at the table wants to see you fail; and if they do, I’d recommend finding a new table.

If you’re just starting DMing, here’s a tip I wish I’d heard a decade ago:

Watching the force awakens. First time I think since I saw it in the cinema. It remains something that vastly wasted its potential. But I like the cast and I love the design work and some of the ideas remain very cool. Just a big ol waste of time.

Bittersweet fact: I have a lot of creativity when it comes to characters and worldbuilding, and I use that a lot to DM and play DnD. However, these hobbies end up sucking up all of my creative juices so I'm in a constant writer's block.
