But what many people will believe, as they just consume headlines of what they want to believe, is that Politico was being politically subsidized by $8.2m from USAID. These lies are a thousand cuts that we can’t leave unaddressed.

two years. In fact, E&E subscriptions were a large part of the $8.2m received by government entities between FY 2016-2025. Per Adam Kinziger the House Speaker spent something like $10k on subs last year.

This stinks of corruption. I can’t see how this could be legal and it will be taken to court. The thing is, once they have the data, there’s no going back.
