So yeah turns out the heart attack was pretty serious and his heart fully stopped at some point
He's thankfully out of surgery and doing ok, should be home in a few days

I was in the book section of a store when I noticed two staff who were kinda stressed looking for one book that was the last left in stock for a customer. When I heard the title I went and immediately found it for them. The relief they felt made me glad to have intervened. 😂

I GRADUATED FROM PHYSIO FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER. This is so massive as someone who has a long history of chronic pain. I’m going to miss shooting the shit with my physio over video games but I’m so glad my chronic knee pain is gone. 😭
