sign at my door that says “watch your step” and guests think there’s gonna be stairs or maybe the doorframe’s not level with the floor or something but when they open the door and look down it’s just my tiny looking up, arms outstretched and wanting to be picked up and held gently<3
waiting by the door for your owner to come home doesn't have the same effect when you're only an inch or two tall. it's actually a terrible idea, don't do that.
