Clearing Out; Letting Go
I used to say that things I no longer use are "dead," but I've come to see that it's not the things that are dead, but my relationships to them. Now is a perfect time for reflection and renewal.

I’ve been thinking a lot lately about the way in which what people believe are reflections of their preconceptions about the world around them. These preconceptions are not necessarily true or accurate, but they do filter what we interpret to be the reality of our experience.
Filtered Reality
We really don’t deal with each other directly; we interact through a system of preconceptions. We all have filters through which we perceive the world and thereby create our experience, our reality.

I’ve been thinking a lot lately about the way in which what people believe are reflections of their preconceptions about the world around them. These preconceptions are not necessarily true or accurate, but they do filter what we interpret to be the reality of our experience.

Sometimes my inspirations come from a place of encouragement. Sometimes, when I’m feeling out of alignment, they are reminders of who I am and who I choose to be. Sometimes, they are both. Focusing on Gratitude seems a good idea these days. The Sun is always shining somewhere.
