Apologies if I was unclear. My request related to your assertion that prospect was failing to recruit younger workers. I do not believe this to be the case and I am interested in whether you have any data to back this up.

Can you provide any data for that assertion about recruiting younger members? From where I am sat, we are doing a pretty good job of it.
