Additionally it increases the environmental cost of each Google search as ai requires much more energy. Making search results worse and damaging the planet 🤷‍♀️

We do the following: give veggies and dip as a snack pre-dinner, always include a veggie in a snack, include kid in cooking and choosing (when possible). Roasted beetroot to turn tongue (and poop) pink and other fun ways to try new veg. Mostly try not to make it a big deal if they're not into it.

Love how focussed everyone looks in this photo. Good to see they are all taking the process seriously

I wonder what the impact of late or going undiagnosed is on life expectancy. The article points out that people with ADHD find it harder to access medical services, have mental health conditions and higher rates of suicide. Easy to believe these things get worse with late/no diagnosis.

"This reiterates the simple fact we often gloss over: becoming a mother is not a singular act at birth but a painful, tentative, almighty learning process; the most physiologically and psychologically profound of her life."

"This is incredibly reassuring data because we all understand what learning involves: questioning, uncertainty, observation, experience and, most importantly, time."

"What relatively new research tells us is that the maternal brain circuitry established in pregnancy primes the new mother for learning in parenthood. We’re not supposed to know what we’re doing!"
