So concerned were the Reform MPs at violence against girls, as they claimed, that none even bothered to turn up to the Commons debate.

I hate the way the headline writers do this. The story makes it abundantly clear that the Trump claim is bullsh1t. The headline should say that rather than imply there's any question to it. How about "Trump claims are total BS say experts"?

Four years ago today, Donald Trump tried to invade his own country. Today, he has designs on Canada, Mexico, Greenland and the Panama Canal, and his boss has said the USA should also invade the UK. We're still a couple of weeks away from the actual inauguration.

Virtually every question today at the WH Press briefing was about the Hunter pardon, as if that is the thing the American people care about most right now. The DC press is so disconnected from the American public and serves them poorly more often than not.

If they were on the brink, they'd have held the election after summer. They held it in summer specifically because they knew the scam had run out of road and it would have been exposed within a matter of weeks.

KB: No, stop it. You couldn't send anyone there in 3 years.
MS: We were on the brink.
KB: Course you were.
MS: The planes were booked. There were migrants waiting in France for a Labour gov't.

I've said similar before, but if you expect the UK to become an EU member state in the next ten years, you're in for a decade of disappointment.

NEW 🚨 Britain's electoral laws are broken - but successive governments have done nothing

Musk's proposed $100million donation to Nigel Farage shows we are on the cusp of a real crisis for British democracy

But it can be fixed. Here's how, by me

@peterzeihan.bsky.social with the collapse of industry and productivity in certain countries due to post industrial demographics, is it possible that the Republican opposition to birth control is not *just* religious ideology, but an effort to reverse the dwindling American birth rate in disguise?

With America’s choice firmly made, I am fascinated by how the next 4 years will pan out. Is he the necessary pain that the country has to go through to actually see the damage that his kind does to their lives? Or is this the first step toward inevitable, utter destruction of America as we know it?
