This is terrible and I fear it is just the beginning. As an NWS employee who dream job was to be an OPL I am not so sure if i should switch goals with lack of support there js for Coop program. I suspect this vital program may be next. Highest % of any NWS vacancy is the OPL with no plans to fill.
