Saw Mickey 17 last night, really enjoyed it! It’s no Parasite, but that’s obviously an extremely high bar set by that film. Mark Ruffalo and Toni Collette gave real “I hate these characters with every fibre of my being they’re such amazing actors” kind of performances.

Landing a ticket on the Arsenal TX genuinely feels like landing an insane trick shot. Never gotten one this far out from a game, usually I get them morning of so delighted there’s no pressure travelling to the Emirates on Saturday. Just need them to make the trip worthwhile now!

We didn’t fair too badly in the big wind all things considered. This piece of fence went down during the storm back in December so expected it wasn’t gonna make it through this one. We were blessed in Waterford, hopefully others around the country haven’t sustained too much damage either!

Finally got it to upload! This is about 30ish days into learning this style of playing banjo so I’m no expert at all and I’m only using online resources but I’m pretty proud of my progress so far!

It’s 4am, but I had a very good day today (mostly yesterday but some of this day already too). Started a new book, did some personal writing, listened to some new (to me) music, had a decent home cooked meal, played some more banjo. And, most importantly, DIDN’T GO TO WORK TODAY.
