Humans gain mastery through repetition and improvement one informing the other, with AI coding for us we lose repetition.
We need to mitigate that by going through the hard path(hand coding) occasionally.

I sometimes think it would be funny if there was a future where humans are long gone and AI chatbots continue to interact with each other with boring corporate jargon for thousands of years

I dream of the day that I can play "let's copy an artist" with my children.
I selected a bunch of contemporary artists with art that looks fun to emulate in artsy

What should you do with "the perfect musical recommendation" if you are not on speaking terms with the person? 😆
It feels wasteful

In a parallel universe humanity stopped and only a laptop running a small LLM survived the technological blackout.
The dim light of a fire in the hut shows a face wondering if this another hallucination or do electrons really power this marvel?

The radicalization of opinions that we’ve seen most clearly in social networks on the last 10 years is also affecting how people see life.
I’ve noticed how not having a strong passionate opinion about popular issues is seeing as a weakness, “a lack of a strong will”
The balanced approach is dead.

I'm sure that car designers are sci-fi fans, or maybe they also work for the movie industry!
Honda's new car in 2025 CES nails the Oblivion(movie) aesthetic.

Two years ago I broke my 2 year streak learning french on Duolingo. Apparently I can read 90% of french and I didn’t knew about it until recently.
Of course i can’t speak it or write it

Theory about aliens.
The “visitors” are violating a non-contact rule with humanity. Probably a bunch of teenagers getting drunk a flying off to earth for shits and giggles.

I love the freedom of not feeling like I need to have an opinion about everything.
But now I have very little to share here

Me causa conflicto que living room no se traduzca como habitación, es la traducción mas perfectamente incorrecta.

In the push and pull of conservative vs liberal when there’s too much pulling the backlash is also great.

CTO of small startup = 30% engineering manager + 70% full stack engineer.
My twelve years of career in that role amount to 4 years of experience as engineering manager + one year as purely engineering manager makes me a mid level engineering manager.
This job is hard, man

It seems like all liberals ran from X into Bluesky. Now you have both groups of the political spectrum in their own bubbles.
