Here for another round of Botox for my bladder 3mths early as the last lot didn't really work. The Urologist did say they sometimes get a duff batch!🤣

Took a tray out of the oven earlier...didn't realise that I must have caught my arm until just now as it's started to sting.

The seats/wheelchair spaces are fantastic. Unrestricted views.
It's great being able to see all the bands I loved in the 80's...Rachel isn't fussed 🤣 but is liking Sophie EB.

Last circuit training session now with the Neuro Physio team. It's been great getting back into doing exercises & I really do feel better for going and stronger.
Next week I have an appointment with an exercise referral expert at my local council gym to start a programme there.

I asked the West Yorkshire Intergrated Care Board if they will discuss Sativex next week. This is their response. To say I'm angry would be an understatement! People living with #multiplesclerosis in West Yorks have to still live in pain from spasms 24/7. I will raise this with my Neuro.
