Net migration shows that since 2006 until 2019 Australia significantly increased its migration. This was Government policy to kick the economy along
Migrants buy things, require housing, work
BTW, I'm not blaming migrants, I'm blaming government policy
It also had the effect of suppressing wages

There's a lesson here for educators and parents
Devices don't encourage curiosity. They encourage passive participation
We need children to remain curious and not regurgitators
Information is a tool, curiosity is its workshop

The complete abandonment of common sense in America may actually be the end of this period of civilisation

2 graphs that show what is driving the LNP & the coal lobby nuts
1st shows the increase in generating capacity by state. Note that Sth Aust has had the greatest increase
2nd graph shows the power demand for the same period
All this increase in demand and capacity has been met by renewables

I'm searching my memory here, but in 2018 (roughly) being excited when we here in South Australia briefly were powered 100% by renewable energy
Now we do it so often, its odd when we aren't
The amount of power SA uses has significantly grown as well from roughly 1500mw to 2250mw
Despite Murdoch

Just a little clarification on timelines
Firstly, its not grandparents but parents
Secondly, for Australians, between 55 years ago and the end of WW2 is a lived history of the stolen generation
For us our guilt is not in the long past, but the recent future

From the guide,
"If the Power and Connection Lights are solid blue,
but the DSL Light is out, contact your phone
and internet provider."
Your DSL light is out and your Power and connection lights are solid blue
