I'm not talking popularity. I'm talking product. And McDonald's knows what it's doing. Starbucks can keep pumping sugar into everything, but unlike McDonald's, their base product is poorly made. Popularity contests are for children. But I'm glad I could help.

That's a lonely death. The Last Jedi is better than all the prequels, and is the best of the sequel trilogy. I won't die on this hill, because we're talking about movies with rubber aliens and laser swords (which I like, to be clear), and my opinions don't matter.

Also, using a baking sheet instead of a roasting pan, and using the trick of throwing the turkey back into a ripping hot oven for a few minutes just before serving to re-crisp the skin, both of which have improved my turkey game. Now I need to get a baking steel.
