It upset me a bit as it was two people with their whole life's ahead of them but 27 years later my dad was dead and my mum no longer knows who anyone is because of Alzheimer's

I do actually feel blessed that I can get out and walk in open space and have time to just switch off.
I can walk out of the office wanting to kill someone and get back feeling totally calm
