people will literally invent reasons to hate something rather than admit that not liking it is different from it being bad / problematic / offensive.
marvel's been pumping out garbage for years now, but because it's bad *and* boring, most people don't have the energy to *really* hate it.

i think the bat brats are my children at least as much as bruce's, because if batman can just haphazardly rope all these children into his war on crime, i should also be able to adopt them without any qualifications since i'm at least pushing them to get therapy. 🤷♀️
