Got another important phone call done and finally gotten to the next step in my pursuit of getting assisted education.
Hopefully the job center will see my arguments and agree or at least help me to whatever next I need to do to succeed

Just to keep my spirits up as the winter/seasonal depression kicks in, I went through my old photos from my trips many years ago and attempted some editing. Haven't touched photo edit more than bare basics in forever, so I'm omega rusty. But it was genuinely so fresh for my brain to just do it!

Got back on my workout bike after the con season ended~
Need to make my legs stronger and not so frail. Arms I'm already doing with my program from my fysio.
My brain is not too eager to workout tho as there's no dopamine/serotonin to it for me 😅😩

Tried for both Raffles that were today to get a signature and sketch from the legendary Ito himself! Didn't win the first time, but second time was the charm! We were then only to get signature first, but Ito decided we also were to get a sketch!!

A realization that I had a few years ago is that most current day creatives you admire are probably working multiple jobs, and if they're lucky all of those jobs are creative, but many aren't.
Give yourself slack as you make ends meet, but also we all need to fight for better pay together.

Very, very few comic book creators can survive on just the money they make from comics. It is an inherently unstable job and it is only getting worse as time goes on. Don't ever be embarrassed or ashamed of needing another job so that you can keep making comics.

He's a bit of a slow eater while Kenta is absolutely not 😅
And we want to make his eating a bit more of a comfier experience. He kind of enjoys taking breaks during yums.
