Seriously though, I somehow misplaced a whole stick and a half of increasingly soft butter somewhere in my house. I've now spent over an hour looking for them and am now deeply concerned just where/when/how these rogue buttersticks are going to turn up.

The made-up "threat against conservatives" is just evidence that nothing they argue is ever in good faith. 2nd amendment for self-defense is all gucci until those same rules apply to the vulnerable people they want to push out. Thankfully, all of 2 people read my posts, so I can never be accused of "giving anyone ideas" but for real, all Kim would have to do is invite Cheeto Benito over for Choco-pies with the Kippumjo and he ABSOLUTELY would.

I know the very mention of pumpkin spice brings out Big Feelings in certain people, but a local place does pumpkin spice hojicha lattes with red bean and let me tell you, that magical combo just soothed years of unresolved hapa kid/inner-white-girl angst.

As much as I dislike praising marketers, I appreciate that Duolingo has fully embraced its identity as a mascot horror franchise.

Little kid me loved the Frog and Toad stories. In one, the two go for a swim, but Toad refuses to come out of the water because he thinks he looks funny in his bathing suit. Eventually, he climbs out, and all the other animals laugh at him in his goofy bathing suit. That was it. That's the story.
