The Trump administration seems to be in full abuser mode.
We're at the "if I can't have her nobody can" stage.
They will destroy NATO, the US, the Economy, our neighbor countries... everything.
Just because they want it.
And if they can't have it... none of us can.

If anything like the rule of law were in force, Trump couldn't arbitrarily increase a tariff because he is annoyed.

But he claims Tariffs are because of an "Economic Emergency"... At this point I guess our economy is being held hostage by his fragile egotistical whims, so... an "emergency" of his own making? Seems circular, but this SCOTUS might buy it.
The president got his feelings hurt, so we're doing 10% more tariffs on Canada. Joke of an administration.

I hope it's clear to everyone now that Trump really is going for it - he's trying to become a dictator. I don't know if he'll succeed, but he's working to install himself as an autocrat unaccountable to voters. And he's weaponizing the military against Americans who oppose him as part of that effort

Question for you, chief. If the military aren't supposed to show approval or disapproval of political statements while in uniform and in an official capacity, won't it be really quiet during Hegseth's supposed speech? Won't that look weird when it's released?

Trump hyped a huge autism announcement for months then followed through today with a press conference where his brain leaked out of his ears for an hour while he couldn't pronounce "acetaminophen" and yelled "DON'T TAKE ASPIRIN" over and over.

NATO should kick the US out. EU should invite Canada and Mexico to join. All civilized countries implement an economic blockade on exports to the US. I wouldn't blame them one bit.
