50 years ago today! Golden State Warriors beat Washington Bullets to complete a 4-0 sweep and wrap up their first NBA title since their move to the Bay Area 13 years earlier. Anyone else remember that glorious day?

This game is reminiscent of game 5 in the 2022 playoffs against Memphis. Outcome never in doubt from the start, against a young team (with Dillon Brooks). Down 52 at the end of 3 quarters, lost by 39. This wasn’t that bad! The Warriors won game 6, of course, to close them out. Hope history repeats.
