Thank you. I think I am asking, given your experience of these appeals being denied in seeming contravention of the law's requirements, what can be done thereafter. Can a lawsuit be filed to challenge the initial denial of appeal?

They've finally expanded it to at least include the relevant line from the monologue, as well as more of the tick tock; there's a timestamp that it was updated 9:10pm ET.

Now it just reads as a grimly descriptive narration of a train crash.
