part of the "greg lore" is that I worked on the norad santa tracker in 2006 & 2007 (like, wrote the javascript with my colleagues at my first startup)
the funny thing today is that google used to run the official tracker, but now both trackers run separately... and show santa at different places...

every time a friend has a baby, i send them the same little care kit: an IR ear thermometer (you don't want to stick thermometers into babies when they're feverish - according to my friends who have kids) and this "einstein" musical activity mat.
