When I was 22, I had a two unit building I needed to fix the roof on and a condo infested with bed bugs so… I bought a third building with three units bringing me to 6 total units. All the properties ended up having delinquent taxes for a bit.

Every single time I take a train, be it a long haul between cities or the public transit variety, I’m furious that we did cars to ourselves.
It’s so much more pleasant than driving, taking a bus, or literally any part of taking a flight. I will always vote for trains if given the opportunity.
